Job responsibility:
1. Responsible for the daily management of blueberry cultivation, including the formulation, implementation, and adjustment of planting plans, to ensure healthy growth and high-quality high-yield of blueberries.
2. Monitor the growth environment of blueberries, including soil, moisture, temperature, light and other conditions, adjust management measures based on actual conditions, and provide suitable growth conditions.
3. Regular inspections of blueberry diseases and pests are conducted, and timely prevention and control measures are taken to ensure that blueberry growth is not affected.
4. Responsible for the fertilization, pruning, irrigation and other operations of blueberries, arranging them reasonably according to the growth stage and needs, and improving yield and quality.
5. Record and organize data during blueberry cultivation, analyze growth conditions, summarize experiences and lessons learned, and propose improvement suggestions.
6. Assist in the introduction, testing, and demonstration of new blueberry varieties to improve planting efficiency and market competitiveness.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in agriculture, horticulture, plant protection or related fields.
2. Master the basic knowledge of blueberry growth habits, cultivation techniques, and pest control.
3. Familiar with modern agricultural technology and management concepts, familiar with the development trends and market demands of the blueberry industry both domestically and internationally.
4. Proficient in planting techniques such as blueberry seedling cultivation, transplantation, pruning, fertilization, and irrigation. Be able to develop scientific planting plans and management plans based on factors such as soil and climate conditions.
5. Having practical experience in farmland management, including land consolidation, planting structure adjustment, irrigation system maintenance, etc
